"Steer Clear, Seriously"
Steer clear, seriously. I’d highly recommend that folks avoid this company. What a total waste of my time. Being a first-time buyer, I wasn’t sure what to expect from a mortgage broker, but the service I got from Joel was just appalling. Super unprofessional and way too chill. He doesn’t reply to emails, texts, or calls, which is really annoying, especially since he’s charging £400 for a service he doesn’t deliver. Do yourself a favor and look for another broker.

"Fantastic Experience!"
Purchasing a home in the midst of the pandemic has been quite a ride, but our agent Joel was awesome and made sure we were always in the loop, assisting us in landing our ideal house! Super professional and top-notch communication all the way!

"Outstanding Service from Joel!"
From beginning to end, Joel delivered an amazing service. Even during the Covid-19 pandemic and all the restrictions, he treated this case like it was his own, making sure everything behind the scenes was done quickly and with professionalism. I could easily discuss any issues and was kept in the loop about how things were going.
